By engaging the services of Nidhie Sonie (hereinafter referred to as “the Artist”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, performances, appearances, and related professional services.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after mutual agreement on the event details, date, time, venue, duration, and commercial terms. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.
The client agrees to provide complete and accurate event details in advance, including event schedule, audience profile, language preferences, and any special requirements. Any change in event details must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking. The advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed timeline, preferably before or on the day of the event. Delays in payment may result in cancellation or withholding of services.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the advance paid will not be refunded. If the event is postponed, the booking may be adjusted subject to the Artist’s availability. Any rescheduling requested within a short notice period may be treated as a cancellation.
The Artist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the engagement due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergency, travel disruption, or force majeure events. In such cases, any advance received will be adjusted or refunded, and no further liability shall arise.
The client is responsible for providing a safe and professional working environment. Adequate sound system, stage setup, lighting, power supply, and technical support must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed. The Artist shall not be held responsible for performance issues arising from technical faults or inadequate arrangements.
The Artist retains the right to maintain professional discretion during performances. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or unsafe conditions may result in immediate withdrawal from the event without refund.
All intellectual property rights related to the Artist’s name, voice, image, and performance remain the exclusive property of the Artist. Recording, broadcasting, live streaming, or commercial use of the performance for promotional or monetary purposes is not permitted without prior written consent.
Photographs and videos captured during the event may be used by the Artist for self-promotion, portfolio, website, or social media, unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing prior to the event.
The client agrees not to use the Artist’s name, photographs, or branding for misleading promotion or endorsement without permission. Any unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
The Artist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance or non-performance of services beyond the amount paid for the booking.
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
